Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Legal definition

What is the legal definition of an 'enterprise', a 'foundation', an 'endowment', a 'trust'? I am interested in any similar type of revocable entity which may be established regarding real property? I want to retain total control of said property, possibly make $ from the ownership, convert it, use it for the benefit of others, keep until I retire/die and be able to bequeath it to any chosen person(s)/ entity.

I do not want this challengeable. I am looking for the title which gives me total decisionmaking control, yet is unattachable by creditors, relatives, judgements, etc. I would also like my name to not be readily accessible, to a searcher for any potential assets (e.g. creditors, relatives and any realtor/investigator who may be looking for a tag to connect this with me. I value my privacy and want to discourage/thwart all but those I reveal my enterprises to.

In the past I put this under another legal term and I fear I may have not chosen the best option. Therefore, I'd like to be better aware of my choices and the ramifications for each.
