Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah
can you be legally responsible for someones business if you allow then to use your address and they live out of state? We have a friend that lives in boston but he wants to open a business here in utah but he needs a permanent address.. but before i even say yes I wanna make sure we cannot be held responsible if something goes wrong
