Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

my mom in law is selling her house. She has set up a trust on it in case something were to happen to her. Can she still sell the house without the signitures of the people on the trust.

The trustee or trustees of the trust are the signators at the time of sale of the house. If she buys another home that property should be titled in the name of the trust.
