Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah
I moved into a PUD division that went under. No HOA agreements were signed at the time we bought our house . A new realitor has bought the subdivision. Am i under legal contract to sign the new Hoa agreements?

If there were no HOA or restrictive covenants recorded at the county recorder's office for your subdivision at the time you purchased, you cannot be compelled to sign now.
