Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Hi, My neighbor just agreed to give me an easement for a fence in return for a small amount of landscaping in a different area (also on his property). Is there a form available to memorialize this agreement? or Who should I contact? Thanks.

You have to file a legal description for the easement. Contact a title company.
