Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

nuisance citation

Currently we have been cited for parking our vehicals in our rear yard. I have read what I could find of the city code and it does not state rear yard. It states side yard and front yard vehicles must be on approved parking surfaces. I am wondering if I have any rights going against the city oridance officer?

Re: nuisance citation

You cannot sue the enforcement officer. However, you may be able to make an argument in front of the judge or magistrate that under your facts you are not liable.
