my parents had a trust deed with me and my brother on it my dad died in 1983 my mother died in 1993 and my brother also died that year leaving me on the deed. in 1998 I added my wife, my daughter, and my nephew. since then I got divorced so I have to remove my ex wife and I want to add my other 2 daughters. now my nephew says it is half his. he says the trust deed from my parents is the legal deed and not the one that was filed and recorded in 1998. can he sue me for half.
