Quitclaim Deed

I was awarded a timeshare in my divorce that is in both names. There is no loans on it. My ex will sign a Quitclaim Deed. Do I list only her as the Grantor? She lives in CA and the property is in UT.

You should have a title company or attorney prepare the quit claim deed to make sure it is done correctly.
