Removing others stuff from your property

I own the house my mother has been living in. We recently put her in a nursing home. I have three wayward brothers who have lived with her for several years, when not in jail. Two are currently in jail and one is out. They have left a lot of stuff (old cars, tools, clothes and junk) all over the property and we need to clean it all off. If we send them a letter and give them 30 days to clean it off or loose it, can we legally do that? Is there a legal form that should be used or just a letter will do? Can we have the cars towed away without a deed? What are our legal rights and will they have any legal rights to come back at us?

Send letters both registered return receipt and by regular mail with notice to remove. 30 days is pleny. At the end of the 30 days you can remove the junk. You can have the police remove the vehicles after 7 days after the notice. You can also obtain title yourself, call the Motor Vehicle Division for details.
