Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

does a rental contract have to specifically state that I can not move out during the terms of the contract for me to be unable to leave prior to its expiration? I am in utah if that has any bearing on the question.

Thank You!

You can leave at any time. You may be liable for the rent for the entire term of the lease. You must read it carefully.
