Read the lease agreement carefully, it may have terms which affect your rights. The lease agreement will be terminated effective with the date of the foreclosure sale. You may owe rent through that date. Get some sort of release from the property manager as to the amount you will have to pay in rent and the last date of occupancy. Since the owner forced early termination of the lease, the owner may be in default of the lease agreement, which may give you additional rights.
