I am renting a house on a year lease. I am in a situation due to a financial situation were I am unable to pay my rent this month. My lanlord is very untrustworthy. I was wondering if my landlord wanted to evict me over this how much of a notice would he have to give me. Also could he evict me over not being able to pay 1 months rent? What rightes do I have if he does go through this porcess.

Read the lease you signed, it should set forth all of the terms. Basically if you do not pay your rent you can be evicted. The process starts with a 3 days notice to pay the rent or move out. You have a right to enjoy your apartment if you pay the rent. If you do not pay the rent you are not entitled to the apartment.
