Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Eight sibling signatures are required to sell real property under an irrevokable trust. We three eldest siblings do not want to sell, but the rest do. My question is there any legal wrangling the younger siblings use to sell said property out from under we three eldest?

In this situation the court will generally order the property sold and the proceeds divided among the heirs. If you want to keep it, purchase their interest.
