Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

I am looking at starting a home tending company. Where we place a occupant in a vacant home. They sign a subcontractor agreement not a rental agreement. No money is exchanged between the owners of the property or my company. I am wondering what rights the tenders have and my company will have to get the out of a property in the event of agreement termination with my company

It all depends on the terms included in the agreements that that owner, you and the tender sign.
