Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

I have been storing personal property for my brother while he has been in Jail. He was living in an appartment and the rent was overdue so I moved some clothing and personal items to my house. Because I refused to give him money to go to Washington State he is now mad at me and has called the police to tell them I stole his belongings.. What is my Legal rights.

You tell the police what you just wrote me. Tell your brother to come get his stuff or you will get rid of it.
