tenant refusing to let realtor in to show house

my tenant has changed the locks on our house so the realtor cannot use the key to get inside to show the house

Your lease agreement sets forth the terms which allows you and/or a realtor access to the home. If the tenant has violated the terms, you may evict the tenant.
