What age is unsafe?

Is it legal for an 18 year old male to have sex with a 15 year old female? when she says yes. What age diffence is it not legal to have sex with once your over 18 years?

It is against the law for an 18 year old to have sex with a 15 year old. It is a felony, which means the 18 year old can go to prison for a year or much longer.
