Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

What Can I Do

I have been called into my supervisor's office twice because young women I work with have filed complaints that I have sexually harrassed them. We have had friendly banter back and forth and there was no sexual inuendo at all in the conversations. It is my understanding that the person has to tell you at least once to stop harassing them before management can call you in and deem sexual harassment. Am I wrong? I don't feel that I have done this but two times makes it look like I have. Please assist. I have just tried to tease and be friendly and I am being misunderstood I'm afraid. I have never indicated anything of a sexual nature with either of these two women. I am at a loss as to what my rights are here. Please help.

Re: What Can I Do

You did not state what happened in the supervisors office. If the management was only reprimanding you, then they are within their rights and you must be carefuk from here on out. If they fired you, you probably are entitled to uun-employment compensation.
