Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Harrassment
I have been in my current working environment for 2 1/2 years now and I am continually the brunt of numerous jokes about my marital status (single). For the first year or so I let the jokes slide without any consequence. 2 1/2 years later the jokes continue but it's just not funny anymore. I have expressed that it's getting old and bothersome but I haven't made a big stink about it. The jokes continue. It is beginning to make for an uncomfortable working environment for me. It is to the point that I am looking for employment elsewhere. Although the joking and harrassment have not increased, my tolerance of it has decreased. I no longer find it ammusing. I have not yet approached human resources. What can be done? Do I have any resitution claims? Thanks.

Contact human resources or your supervisor. If they fail to take steps then maybe you have a claim.
