What is the exact law on having pornographic material in the work place as related to sexual harassment?

There is no exact law regarding pornography in a workplace. Sexual harassment generally requires that a supervisor acts or knowingly condones the acts of other workers where another person is under undue pressure, influence or in a hostile environment because of sexual innuendo, comments, intimidation, or unwelcome requests for sexual favors.
