Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Sexual harassment at an automobile dealership

I went to trade my car in for a SUV. The salesman made sexually suggestive comments the entire time. I was supposed to return but sent my mom instead because of him. After my purchase was complete he got my address, phone number and showed up at my house. He tried to kiss me and grabbed my breasts. I threw him out. He has been driving by. The dealership has fired him. Are they responsible for his actions while employed there? He assaulted me, sexually harassed me and violated my privacy. Do I have a case?

Re: Sexual harassment at an automobile dealership

The dealership may have some responsibility depending on what they knew and when they knew he was a sexual predator. You should get a restraining order for stalking against this person, and file assault charges against him with the police.
