Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Sexual Harassment?

My girlfriend when she was hanging with other friends her ex boyfriend approached her and touched her boobs checking if they had handmarks. I told her she needs to press charges i am wondering what is the jail time for this crime? And could i make a case? (there are other people that saw this scene happen).
