Sexual Harassment In The Work Place
I am 16 years old and i need to know how much i am liable to sue a restuarant for. I have 5 witness paper statements from other employees there. Also the sexual harrasment was physical and verbal. I have taken action on this but i am not sure how much i am liable to sue for.

Go immediately to a lawyer. Look in the Yellow
Pages and look up Lawyers or Attorneys and then look
for the words Employment Law or
Discrimination Law. If you cannot find a lawyer's
advertisement for those fields, call your local bar association. Ask the information
operator for assistance, if necessary, to help you find the phone number. The association will be able to refer you to one or more lawyers in the field who will be able to help you and answer all your questions.
That you have witness statements is wonderful. Make photocopies of them in a copy shop. Those are valuable.
