Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Sexual harassment at work
I have worked at a vet clinic for a year now. My boss has patted me on the bottom an many occasions. I have told him to not do it many times and have even hit him when he has done so. He will not quit though. The last time he did it it was in front of two of the other vets and one of the other Techs. He patted my butt and and looked him straight in the eye and said, Do not do that!! He just smiled and started doing it over and over. I was really upset and just started hitting him. He finally quit and ran away. I am thinking of filling charges, Do I have a case?
