Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Sexual harrassment by paramedic

I am a 56 yr. old female who 3 weeks ago had to call 911 as I thought I was having a heart attack. Once paramedics arrived, one took over while the other 3 stood by. I was asked if I was wearing a bra which I said, ''yes'' an turned so the guy could undo it as he needed to do an EKG. He struggled to undo it and then said,''I used to be so much better at doing this.'' He began putting the leads on and then asked me to lift my boob. He seemed to go out of his way to humiliate me and cared less for my modesty. I have not been able to stop thinking about how I was treated and want to know if I have a case? Thank you.

Re: Sexual harrassment by paramedic

No case in my opinion. The EMT must have access to the chest to place the leads. He even asked you to move your breast, rather than doing so himself. Be grateful that you did not have a heart attack and that you received EMT services.
