Statutory Rape

I had sexual relations with my ex-girlfriend. Im 18 and she is 16. What could I possibly be charged with? And what are the consequences?

You could be charged with either a misdemeanor or possibly a felony. Consequences might include jail time, probation. It depends on the actual facts and circumstances. At 18 you are an adult and are treated different than a minor. Your girlfriend is a minor and has special protections under the law.
