Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah
Statutory rape utah
So I had a Detective call me about and tell me that a girl that i dated back 4 years ago has just recently said that i Coersed her into having sex and was asking what kind of relationship i had with her, and he told me that well its not illegal because she said yes but if thats the case then why is he asking me this, but the question is i was seventeen at the time and she was 15, so my question is what can happen?

You could be charged with any number of sexual misconduct charges, including statutory rape.
