Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

''Unwanted Contact''

I do not work for Karl Malone Toyota any more, they are appealing my unemployment benifets(I quit 1 & 1/2 months ago) they are saying that when I worked for them that my supervisor did not do the things that I said he did, such as rubbing his privates on me and making sexual jokes and coments thru out the day. I want to know if I can take them on Legally?

Yes, you have been a victim of sexual harassment and discrimination. You must file a complaint with the EEOC, which is adminstered in Utah by the Utah Anti-discrimination Division, 160 East 300 South, 3rd Floor Salt Lake City, UT 84111 within 6 months of the last event of discrimination.
