I was legally married in 2007, divorced in 2012. Ex-husband just filed back taxes for 2007 and received a large refund. Because we were legally married, am I entitled to half?

The refund would have been marital property. Unless it was addressed in the divorce decree, you are probably entitled to half. If he does not voluntarily give you half, you will have to file an Order to Show Cause to force him to file.
