Legal Question in Traffic Law in Utah
I am 16 years old and got a reckless driving ticket for going a little fast in a parking lot. When i got pulled over the officer told me that he didn't even see it and a lady pointed it out to him. could i fight this and win?

Possibly. If you were on a private parking lot, most traffic laws do not apply.
