Legal Question in Traffic Law in Utah
what is the chance of person in utah that has an illegal status being deported on his court date?
He was pulled over for speeding was booked and chared with possesion of marijuana speeding and no insurance he was bailed out and his bail amount was $ 1,190.00.

Since it is misdemeanor, it is unlikely since he is already out, but it depends upon the Judge in that jurisdiction, the officer and the ICE (immigration) agents in charge. If he is already out on bail, and ICE has not already put a "hold" on him, unlikely.
