Legal Question in Traffic Law in Utah
I received a speeding and possession ticket in Grand County Utah in 5/30/90. I am trying to reinstate my CO licence and the ticket still shows up on my record. Is it still pending after 19 years?

Assuming that you paid the ticket it should have been erased. Contact the Utah Driver;s License Division
