I am a disabled veteran (30%) and also on SSDI. The US govenment (Social Security Admin.) has deemed me 100% disabled and unable to work. Do I have to prove that all over again to another government organazation? (The VA)I want the VA to up my disability rating to 100% and have been appealing for years.

It really depends on your situation. If you are suggesting that you were injured 100% due to military service then you might want to have your discharge upgraded. On the other hand, if you were injured post-miltiary career, you might want to make sure you are getting all of Social Security benefits.

It would be in your best interest to talk with a lawyer and discuss the details of your situation so that he/she can outline what your options might be.
