auto regestered under family trust
I have a truck that is regestered to the --family trust/
If I was to file bankrupcy, could I include the truck, and would I beabe to keep it?
It is our only car 5,000 is owing

If you are a trustee and beneficiary you should disclose the truck. If you are not a trustee, the truck belongs to another entity which in not in bankruptcy. In either event if the bankruptcy trustee asks you about it - be honest.
