Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah
child support
Can I make a claim for continued child support against an (intestate) estate? The children will receive a portion of the estate, in the end, but what about for the years I still need to raise the children? There are also past years when the deceased did not pay accordingly (he was suppose to supply proof of income and when able, pay more) Can I claim for those years?

Re: child support
You can make a claim against an estate for child support. You should get an attorney to assist you because these kinds of cases are fairly rare, and need to be handled carefully. You may call for a free consultation.
