Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

I am contesting the person seeking to be trustee and was wondering if i could ask the judge for a partial payout? The case is considered contested.

You can always ask, but generally the court will not allow a payout until the court is satisfied that all of the debts of the deceased are paid, and that the trustee or personal representative is entitled to a bequest.
