Who gets what

Who is entitled to parents belongings after their deaths if there was no will for either parent and the fathers parents are the beneficiares on the life insurance policies

When an individual dies without a will, his or her property will pass to the surviving spouse. If there is no surviving spouse, the property will pass to the children equally. The fact that there is a life insurance has no bearing on anything other than the life insurance. There may be some differences in the above distribution if your facts are different than I'm assuming, or you are in a state other than Utah. Property does not go to somebody just because they received the benefits of a life insurance policy. This would not even indicate intent.
