estate medical bills

Father Died 3 months ago. He had

a trust for his estate. Funds were

distributed as per the trust. Now

we receive old medical bills. What

is our liability for these bills.

If the trust had cash or assets, those funds should have been used to pay the debts. Those who recieved funds from the trust will have to disgorge money to pay the debts.
