Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah
There are eight family members that aquired a house from an irrevocable trust. All eight family members are on the house title. My question is can one of the family members legally move in to the house without permission of all seven of the other title holders?

The one member can move in, but should be by agreement. The remaining members can require him to pay fair market rent to the remaining owners.
