family trust fund

step mom has only copy of deceased fathers trust.asked for copy she won't give me one..threatened a restraining order if i call her again..can't afford a atty.what can I do...any documents i can do my self to sue her for a copy????she just sold the home and it was in the trust according to papers rom real estate transactiion....we live in Salt Lake City Utah... thank you for your time...any help would be nice.

The next step would be to have an attorney write a letter to her asking her to provide a copy of the trust, and pointing out that if she is the successor trustee, she has a fiduciary duty to each of the beneficiaries. If she refuses to provide a copy then, the only recourse is to sue. There are no standard documents for such a complaint, and going through an attorney is the only recourse you have.

As an intended beneficiary you are entitled to see the trust agreement. You can file a suit for an accounting. Please call for a free consultation, I may be able to help you.
