Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah
How and where can I find record of whom the beneficiary of a trust is? I am interested in renting the home and would like to verify the "landlords" authority in their claim on the property, In reference to transfer of ownership to a family member of a residential property. Seems wise these days to check out the ownership before renting.

The trustee of the trust has documents that will show that the trust owns the house and the identity of the trustee.
