how do i find a will that no body will send to me after my dad pass away three years ago have benn fighting this since then

Contact the probate court in the county where your dad lived when he died. If the will has been probated, they will have a copy on file. If no probate has been filed, your only alternative is to file a petition to be appointed personal representative, and then after you have been appointed, demand that the family provide a copy of the will as personal representative.
