Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

Forged her name stole our inheritance?

This all took place in Az. My parents were divorced or so it seemed. It was their first marriage, they both married several others since. Before my Dad died, he told us kids we would be ''well taken care of'' with his trust fund. But there was nothing. We kids were mystified. I think that my mother stole it. His 3rd wife was the same name as my mother, Laverne. The 4th wife who was his wife of only a few years when he died, had some problems with an issue about my mother and my dad still being married, that they never officially divorced. I am connecting some dots and I think my mother took the money. What can be done to find out?

You can file suit against all trustees and demand a detailed accounting of the assets. If a trustee violated the terms of the trust, that trustee is responsible to repay the trust all dissipated assets. It might also be a crime.
