Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

What is the best form of action when a will is not presented to the other beneficiaries and things are being taken from the home. Can a person get a copy of a will if it is recorded in the city that the deceased resided in?

To get a copy of the will through the court or by public record there must be a probate filed with the court. If there is a probate then you can request a copy. If you want to contest the will or the administration of the estate there are several actions that could be filed to address your concerns. If there is no will the distribution of the estate follows the statutes of the state. There are also statutes that can be used to determine how and who administers the estate. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
