Which will form should he fill out? He has paid out over $10,000 that i barrowed him in lawyer fees already for this divorse and can not afford to pay out more to have a will done. my question is what form would work and can this be a leagle binging doc that would hold up in court if any ever tried to contest? please help me

Re: which form to use

Your father needs to visit with an attorney to make sure that the proper documents are drafted in a manner to make sure that his wishes are carried out. There is no form you can use which will guarantee the results you want. It will cost some money, but it will be money well spent. You may call for a free consultation.
