If I do a irrevocable Trust, Do I also have a need for a revocable A/B Trust
If I do an irrevocable Trust, for Medicaid and or legal protection, do I also have a need for a revocable A/B Trust? Because of the need of guardians, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Directive and Medical Power of Attorney and etc.

Without knowing your specific financial situation, it is not possible to advise you with your individual circumstances. If you wish to call, I can be of more help. Generally, most estates can be handled with only one trust. The remaining documents, durable power of attorney, health care directive etc are still used.
