Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

Lawyer for The Estate

My brother is the estate executor and every time I call the lawyer with a question they call my brother and tell him. They never return my call and my brother has been extremly hostile towards me. The estate is paying the lawyer so dosent this mean he is obligated to call me back? I feel as though the lawyer is breaking confidentiality with me when he calls my brother and tells him what i have called and asked about. Is this grounds to file a complaint against the lawyer?
