Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah
I leased to my tennants part of my restaurant (the bar) and we agreed for a 1 year lease. Signatures were at the end of the contract, a real estate agent who drafted the lease signed 3rd. Tenent asked for the lease contract at some point, I gave them my copy and they changed the content of the said lease to their advantage and returned the forged one to myself. I contacted the real estate agent and asked him for a copy of the original lease. Now I have both leases, the real one and the forged one. What should I do? What are my options? Thank you.
P.S. I am elder (70yo)

At a minimum sue them for fraud. You may have the right to evict them.
