The best way is to see an attorney, and have the attorney prepare the changes you want as an amendment to the trust. If you really know what you are doing (the fact that you have to ask the question indicates that you probably don't), you can prepare your own amendment. Again, you will be best off to contact an attorney and have the attorney prepare the amendment.
