Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

Living Wills

I had a will written in Utah, but no longer live in the state. Will it still be considered valid in another area? I do not have real estate involved, or money, just those personal items gathered throughout my life.

Re: Living Wills

Your will should be valid in another state, especially since you do not have real property. However, you should check with an attorney in the new state to make sure that your durable power of attorney and health care directives are effective. If you do not have these documents, you should consider obtaining them.
